LEMI Philosophy Training in Tacoma

We are so proud of our parents and mentors that are setting the example for all of us to stretch and learn!  We had several attend Leadership Education Mentoring Institutes's scholar class training and a group go up just for the philosophy training on Wednesday morning.  Here is what some had to say:

Ms. Fluckiger--I just want to say WOW! I feel so edified. The LEMI Philosophy Training was so powerful for me.  It really put the rest of the pieces together in my vision for my child's education and answered a lot of questions I had. This training gave me a more indepth WHY for Scholar Stage and the HOW!  In order to get a complete vision of LETRS and what its main goals are this training is a must!  Make it a priority to go.  It would also be a great thing for spouses to help them see the deeper purpose LETRS.

Ms. Tippets--This introduction conference was amazing. It lasted over three hours,  but I couldn't believe the time was up when it was over.  The whole meeting was so enlightening.  It gave me a better understanding of the whole picture of what we're trying to do.  I'm excited to continue learning and applying the great principles I'm being taught.  I have a ways to go,  but as taught yesterday,   I may not know everything,  but God does. He knows my children better than I do,  He knows their needs and He can fulfill them.

Ms. Larsen-- The LEMI Philosophy Training gave me a greater perspective and purpose in what I am trying to accomplish in my home with Leadership Education as well as what we are aiming to accomplish in LETRS.  I came away feeling so enlightened and encouraged in our efforts.  I was so glad to go up with others from our group and kept thinking of all the people I wish were there with us.  It is one I would highly recommend.  The travel and time were totally worth it.

Ms. Haws--While at the training, I was very inspired to continue my own liberal arts education. I need to take my own scholar phase into the next level, and now I know how! I am grateful for the inspiration I received and look forward to future training!
